We monitor your trademarks and designs and carry out renewals on request. Your existing representative remains in place. Official fees are set by the relevant offices; our service charges are listed separately.

For European patent validation, we draw on the experience and network of our partner Patent- & Markenbüro Reb GmbH. Where national law allows, we handle validation without appointing an additional local representative or address for service.

We coordinate direct national filings and the entry of international PCT applications into the national or regional phase, supported by the international network of our partner Patent- & Markenbüro Reb GmbH.

You receive full details of foreign representatives and their invoices. Your quotation reflects the countries and procedures involved.

We work with authorised translation agencies covering almost every target language. Our price list groups languages into three categories: German, English and French; other European languages; and non-European languages.

Searches covering trademarks, designs, utility models and patents, including novelty, patentability, invalidity, product and freedom-to-operate searches. This service is charged by the hour.

We prepare patent drawings and design representations to the relevant technical standards, with 3D and CAD-based illustrations available on request. Drawing services are charged per page.

Administrative support for IP owners and their representatives, without taking over representation. This includes recording assignments, corrections, routine submissions and drafting responses to official communications and examination reports.

We prepare status reports for your own IP portfolio or competitors' portfolios, and help monitor and identify potential infringements. General services are charged by the hour; assignment recordals are listed separately in our price list.
